Car Description:
I am entering this show for fun, it was not the purpose of this build. But for $40 and finally being able to make it to Boxerfest for the first time, I figured it would be fun to enter!
First and Only Subaru. Purchased after months of searching in early 2007, single previous owner with 15,000 miles on ODO at purchase. Now pushing 140,000 miles. Daily driven from 2007 until 2017. I started plans I have had since 2009 to build it into a full competitive track car this past September, 2022. Remaining mods for competitive class are roll cage and race seats, and track wheels/tires; currently slated for 2024. Ultimately going for a track ready weekend warrior with a resto-mod+ exterior.

- IAG Closed Deck Short Block

- IAG race oil pan/pump
- Blouch Dominator 1.5XT-R Turbo

- 1050 CC top mount injectors

- Invidia Q300 TBE
- Otherwise stock heads, intercooler, power mods - waiting for post-completion of first competitive season and ultimate class determination

Suspension/Drivetrain:
- RCE Tarmac 2 Coilovers
- PFC 2-piece front rotors, DBA 4000 rear rotors, endless pads, Mach V sleeved stainless brake lines
- Stock 2005 BBS wheels w/ 20mm/25mm F/R threaded spacers
- Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires
- Otherwise stock drivetrain
Exterior:
- Refreshed exterior w/ 2007 Limited lip spoiler painted black to match roof line in Java Black Pearl to pay homage to the launch of the 2004 STI.
- Circuit Demon 'Nightbreaker' series headlights - more or less stock replacement w/ Morimoto 5.0 6000K bi-xenon low/high HID's, Profile Hi-Lens 2.0 RGBW LED projector high beams, satin black housings.
- Replica STI V2 Limited front lip
- 20% tint all around
- Updated trim, weather stripping, etc.
- New headlights are being installed tomorrow/Thursday as they arrive today as I am submitting this. Photos included separately if they matter. I will happily follow up with new photos on Thursday or Friday once I complete the install and exterior detail if desirable.
