Car Description:
This is my lovely money pit of an Sti and after a rough first half of the year of it throwing a rod and needing a new block due to the excessive blow by from the turbo, which it also got a new one of, making it so it lost over 3 qts between oil changes. I'm happy to have been able fix it in my free time at my shop and to present it today. As you can see most noticeably is the lovely paint job done by me and my boyfriend after spending a few good years learning from a family friend, and practicing on the project car at home multiple times, and obviously having his help we were able to get this neat color shifting paint that my bf loves. Other than that it has a seibon carbon fiber hood, 18" HRE wheels with a 1" spacer in the back and 1/2" in the front to give her a wider look with fender flares, lowered on lowering springs, couple other small cosmetic things like the rear diffuser, side skirts, and front lip. Under the hood is just an injen cold air intake for now until I'm ready to put the rest of the works back on after breaking in the engine some more. Also have a cobb down pipe with a tomei finishing it off the rest of the way to enjoy all the good ej sounds. Inside the car is some nice simple things like the forged carbon steering wheel, purple shift knob and boot, and two 10" subs in the trunk.
